All orders are acknowledged by e-mail.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment online with all major Credit & Debit cards through our secure site.

If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order, use the order form provided or telephone our Orderline 0845 430 0601

Pricing

The prices quoted on our website are listed inclusive of VAT where applicable at the appropriate rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any stage and may make the web prices differ from prices listed elsewhere. For any queries, please email us.

Can you accept orders from outside the UK?

We can only accept orders for delivery within the United Kingdom and Europe.
Orders for delivery within the UK are sent postage & packing paid.
Orders for delivery to Europe are charged £1.25 per item for postage & packing.

How secure are my credit card details?

All our online payments are processed through the Secure Trading system, incorporating the latest Verification and Fraud Prevention measures. All details are kept encrypted and cannot be accessed by anyone else over the internet.

Can I order by post?

You can place an order for your seed collections by printing off an order form.

Just fill in your details and post or fax it to us on 01507 603 079. .

When will I receive my order?

Goods are usually despatched within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment and will normally be with you within 2-3 working days. We will keep you informed of order status.

What if I want to return something?

At Gogrow, we always try to give you the very best product. However, occasionally problems may occur and if you consider the goods to be less than satisfactory, please tell us . Seed orders may be cancelled up to 7 working days after the date of receipt of the goods by you for full refund. This 7 day period begins on the day after you receive the goods. You will be refunded all monies paid within 30 days of cancellation. We may ask that you return the goods at your own expense but you will be reimbursed for the expenses incurred. Failure to do this will mean that we may have to deduct the cost of collecting the goods from the refund.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Will you pass on my e-mail details to other companies?

We never pass on your e-mail address to other companies. Any information supplied by you will only be held and used for our purposes in order to conduct business with you and to improve our level of service. We will not pass on your details to any third party without your express agreement.

What if I have a complaint?

Throughout the Gogrow range we select only the highest quality seeds and we are sure that you will enjoy excellent results with our seed.. In the unlikely event of a complaint, we offer a full money back guarantee on all our products. Should you be anything less than 100% satisfied, we will gladly replace it.
